- B.A. (HONS.) Integrative Relational Counselling, Kingston College/Middlesex University.
- Level 3 Advanced Counselling Certificate (Kingston College) and a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Occupational Practitioners, Birmingham.
- Mindfulness Teacher Training, Bangor University.
- As a BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) registered member, I work in accordance with the Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
- I attend regular clinical supervision and am committed to continuing professional development regularly attending workshops and remaining up to date.
